From Mich's reference:
A heartfelt thank you to the authors of the following resources, which were invaluable when preparing this guide: Learn to Leyn: The Cantillation of the Hebrew Bible (JMI, 2003) by Chani Smith, and reference sheets from Cantor Zöe Jacobs and Rabbi Lisa Barrett.
The lowest note you'll sing is the final note of etnachta. The highest is the opening note of yetiv katon. Transpose until both feel comfortable.
